Tobias Cabral

Tobias Cabral is a clinical psychologist, whose private practice (Serenity Psychology Services) is located in Langhorne, PA. He completed his undergraduate work at New York University and his Doctoral studies at Widener University's Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology. A lifetime fan of Speculative Fiction as well as an aviation and space enthusiast, Dr Cabral has endeavored to incorporate these interests into his practice. He strives to create a "fan-friendly" environment for clients who may be accustomed to the negative judgments and misunderstandings of 'mundanes,' and so to help them harness the boundless imagination and hope and creativity of thought which SF embodies. Dr. Cabral is the author of the Hard SF space exploration novella, "Night Music," as well as the short story "A Night's Work," available on the Kindle and Nook platforms. Dr. Cabral has also teamed up with old friend and fellow psychologist, Joe Cautilli, and several other scribes (including Joe's 12 year-old daughter and writing partner, with whom he published the "Zombies Vs. Robots" series) on a number of linked, world-sharing Cyberpunk stories, novellas, and novels. In August, 2018, the Post-Cyberpunk detective novella, "Mechanical Error" became his first (other than self-) published work of fiction.
