Lisa Hertel is an artist from a long line of artists. She specializes in clay and watercolors, but dabbles in many other media; her works are often the products of this cross-pollinization. Her recent materials include encaustics (wax painting) and alcohol inks. In her spare time, she helps run science fiction conventions. She has a studio in Haverhill, MA.
