Ian Hanley, known as "Taliesin" in the Society for Creative Anachronism,has been a professional storyteller for longer than he's willing to admit in public. His specialty is improvisational storytelling, with his tales ranging from side-splittingly funny to thoughtfully dark and scary. He has been creating and sharing his unique blend of humor insight, and intrigue with audiences for as I said more years than I'm going to admit so really stop asking. He has charmed audiences with his wit and humor at SCA events, including the Pennsic War, at science fiction conventions, at schools, at the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts, and at storytelling events such as The Butterfly in Collingswood, New Jersey and Tellabration in Philadelphia. He lives in New Jersey with an impressive collection of toy soldiers. Or perhaps they live with him.
